We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality cold-pressed edible oils along with exceptional customer service. Our whole team puts in every effort to give you the finest experience during the complete transaction and even after the sale. However, for any unintentional and unknown reasons, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with exchange/return . However there are certain policies and procedures that we follow.
We have 7-Day Exchange/Return Policy:
ROOHTS offers a 7-day exchange/return policy, allowing you to request a replacement or return within 7 days of receiving your item. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at sales@roohts.in.
Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Once used, products are ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchange/Return Cases:

Exchanges/returns are allowed only in the following cases:

Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Leakage : If the product has leakage at the time of delivery.
Expired Product: If the product has expired by the time of delivery.
Exchange Process:

If your exchange is eligible and approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item from the same address it was delivered to. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date. Once the return pick-up is completed, the exchanged product will be delivered to you within a week’s time.

Return Process:

If your return is eligible and approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item from the same address it was delivered to. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

Delivery Discrepancy:

In the case of any delivery-related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped. If your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
